I it is Frédérique, i am a cooker. I made hotel studies in MARSEILLE because i am form Marseille! (Go the OM)
I live with my husband, Alan, children's entertainer. Native of BRETON he is very stubbom, in fact, as much as me!

The breton goblins are the fairies, whicht have supported us through this crazy project (certainly that of our life),
to protect the underground cultural heritage which we acquired, by making him(it) live again thanks to its rehabilitation and its protection.
Handyman but not of Sunday!

Anyway, we are determined to pursue our works step by step and to share our passion of the cave dwelling.

To take part in the réinforcing of a troglodyte site. A draft bed house creation project and room event between ANGERS and SAUMUR.
Arriving in 2005 in ANJOU we discovered this sublime area! Our wish in a more distant future is to make, in a authentic way, every people stay wishing to live an experience.

In 2010, we bought a troglodyte plain site which corresponds to an ancient village. It understands unpacked courts, collectively called "carries", giving acces to cellard dug in the training of the micaceous tufa,
dated the average turonien.
Located in the heart of the Loire Valley and the vineyard of Anjou, being part of the regional natural reserve the Loire Anjou Touraine, the site will benefit eventually form an original esthetic frame anchored by history by the long-lasting and reusable rehabilitation.

Arrived with traw in shoes and dandelions in hair, the realism of the works anchored us in the ground by keeping the head in the stars!
In 2012, thanks to several participate construction sites, the help and the advice of close friends, we finish the rehabilitation of our house.

Today, we need some help:

réinforcing* of the bed and breakfast which will be justaposed to our house.
A study of géologist.
Purchases of lime and sand.

*(un réinforcing of cellar consists in gathering, in sealing,
 in supporting or fractures cracks of rocks either decompressions which developed in time, the erosion and the abandonment of these cavities).
Some examples to understand better:

We wish to maintain and to rehabilitate this troglodytic site gradually and to end in our final project serenely by protecting these holdings.

We are conscious of the necessary budget and the scale of the works which must be realized. To begin with the rehabilitation of the bed and breakfast and the room of events seems to us sensible and in our reach.

It is for this phase of starting up that we need of you!
